Here's the mail i wrote to paypal regarding my debit card verification. and hers the reply. Please not my card is not yet veriried . I will update with a success on the page if it gets verified
I am using a SBI gold Global VISA Debit card. Please help me.
I tried borth my presonal card & my company card. getting this errors

Upon checking your account I was able to see that every time you are
trying to add your credit card your bank is keeps on declining our
attempt to verify your card.
I apologize for the inconvenience of having your card declined. I know
that must be frustrating. Here are some reasons why this transaction
could have been declined:
* When you register a card or update your card information, PayPal
requests a temporary authorization to that card. This is to ensure the
safety of your credit card information. If that amount is not
authorized, the card can't be used or updated.
* There could be a limit on your credit card that has been exceeded.
* It's also possible that the card issuer could be temporarily
unavailable to answer the authorization request we sent.
* Your credit card company could be blocking this transaction
because it doesn't fit your regular spending patterns.
I'd encourage you to contact your credit card company directly to get to
the bottom of this, as I don't have visibility into the details of the
denial. For right now, I'd like to help you complete this transaction.
My recommendation would be to add another credit card to your PayPal
account, if you have one available.
